A: Our cookies are individually wrapped to ensure freshness and freeze quite well.

Q: Do you accept returns?

Refunds are not accepted. If there is a concern with your order please contact us so we can make it right.

Q: What if our order is delayed due to the shipping?

Unfortuneately shipping delays can occur. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries.

Q: Are your cookies allergy-friendly?

We take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination but we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, milk, egg or wheat allergies as our cookies are made in a kitchen that also processes gluten, dairy, and nuts.
